Processing time is separate from delivery transit time unless expressly stated otherwise.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Any different estimate for a particular product will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Delivery charges and available options are displayed before you place your order.

IMPORT CHARGES

Any known additional charges or the basis on which they are calculated will be disclosed before purchase where required.

DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES

Please check your address carefully before ordering.

If a correction is needed, contact us promptly. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. We will explain the available options and any proposed costs before asking you to agree to them.

DELAYS OR MISSING PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within the stated period, contact us so we can investigate with the delivery provider.

Where delivery is late, your legal rights may include setting an appropriate additional delivery period or cancelling the contract, depending on the circumstances.

We do not require you to resolve a missing-parcel claim directly with the carrier as a condition of exercising your rights against us.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY

Where we arrange delivery, goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or a person you nominate, other than the delivery carrier.

If you independently appoint a carrier that we have not offered, different legal rules may apply.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact contact@thebrivorashop.com if an item arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate, but do not replace or restrict your statutory rights.
