OUR STORE

Brivora offers products inspired by understated, classic style. Product descriptions identify the specific characteristics of each item.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your purchase contract is with the business operating Brivora, rather than Shopify.

PLACING AN ORDER

Select your products and options, add them to your basket and complete checkout. Please review your items, sizes, delivery address and total before submitting payment.

If you notice an error afterwards, contact us promptly. We will explain whether the requested change is still possible.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods.

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Our acceptance takes place when we send your dispatch confirmation, at which point the purchase contract is formed.

If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is unavailable or payment cannot be completed, we will inform you. Any payment already taken for goods we cannot supply will be refunded.
